Just some angel cakes I baked to use up my frozen egg whites (I make a lot of custard, but not much meringue, and I hate making macrons).
The recipe called for a tube tin, but since I didn't have one I just split the mixture between my loaf tins.
They're basically foamed egg whites and sugar with a bit of flour and flavouring (vanilla and almond extracts in this case). It's like eating marshmallows in cake form.
