Well, after making the orange buns ([link]
) I felt like making a pallete swap.
Basically these are the same, but with apple curd and slices of apple in the rolls instead of orange and cinnamon in the dough instead of orange zest (plus a few slices on the outside for presentation).
Now that I've had some practice, the buns were a lot easier to place, so the "swirls" are more or less on top with these buns.
If you're wondering about the shape; I cooked them in a muffin tray.
