Apple and Honey Tartlets

Just a quick thing I did to get rid of some apples before they went off.

The filling consists of a butter and brown sugar syrup with a spoonfull of honey for flavour and chopped, unspiced (they were too tasty to interfere with so I didn't use anything but a bit of lemon juice to prevent them going brown) apples.

Preperation time was about 45 minutes (most of which was chopping the apples), cooking time was an hour. When they were cooked I put a bit of the left over syrup on top, just because.

There's 11 here (I did 12, but one got stuck to the tray by some overflowing syrup and was ruined).
