Banana Cream Pie MK II

Another attempt at a banana cream pie. Improvements over my last attempt include;

• Use of real vanilla in the filling, rather than extract or flavouring (I added it to the main bulk of the ingrediants and allowed the seeds to soak for a while before fishing out the pod skins and cooking it).


• More banana in each layer.


• More of a pattern in the cream (helped by using double cream rather than whipping cream this time around).

The only thing that bothers me is that I messed up the pastry case this time. v_v
