Banana Flapjacks

No, not pancakes. In this part of the world "flapjacks" are a snack made from oats combined with a butter based syrup and baked. Sort of like cereal/granola bars.

I made these from a recipe I got from a family friend (although I can't recall where they said they got it). As the title suggests they're also flavored with bananas.
