Description
Brioche is a sort of rich bread. Basically it contains butter and eggs which makes it sort of cake-like compared to other breads (it's not quite a cake due to the lack of sugar and the use of yeast as a leavening agent).
I managed to burn the glaze by accident and forgot to add salt to the dough, but luckily the bread itself cooked perfectly anyway.

Try putting sliced almonds on top. It taste's better 
And we make brioche in school braided. Not loaf type but your's look's right too burnt a bit but you can easily trim that off. But other than that good job! Have you tried making apple filling brioche?
