The recipe for these came from a cookbook my grandma bought me.
For those who don't know, creme brulee is a solid custard based desert with a layer of caramelised sugar over the top.
I messed up slightly; I didn't have a proper 4" tart tray, so I tried making the cases in the bottom of my muffin tray. They came out rather small, so I halved the amount of filling I made. It seems to have worked.
I love recipes which give me an excuse to use a blowtorch. =3
