Just an idea I had after making the chocolate brioche.
This time I halved the ingredients for the dough and only made one loaf.
Other than that;
# I added the zest of one lemon to the dough.
# Instead of melted chocolate and hazelnuts I used lemon curd as the filling.
# I used the zested lemon's juice to make icing (150g icing sugar to 50g butter and a bit of lemon juice).
