This was a bit of an experiment, since I found that when the lemon brioche loaf was sliced it had a habit of collapsing.
They look a bit odd, but they're quite tasty (it's a bit like eating toast wit marmalade, but a lot richer). Basically I just made small rolls with some brioche dough (which I'd also added some orange zest to) and the orange curd I made yesterday. I put them in a muffin tin and let them rise before baking and you can see the result before you.
I think with a bit of practice they'll look more presentable. I considered icing them, but they're better without so next time I'll glace them before putting them in the oven.
